Our Commitment
We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth resolution.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals. A valid purchase invoice or receipt must be presented. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
Non-Returnable Items
Special-order or custom-made equipment. Items that have been installed, used or altered. Consumable items such as filters, reagents or test kits (unless defective upon delivery).
Defective or Damaged Goods
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, if applicable, provide a replacement, repair or full refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
